ARCHITECTURE

The development is composed of 32 plots.

Nineteen are for town houses and thirteen for detached villas. Town houses have projects ready, designed by architect Joao Nuno Laranjo, being eleven T3 residences, with garage and a swimming pool (optional) and eight T4 residences. At this stage you can choose all the finishes and equipment as well as exterior arrangements. You can also manage the construction of the house with your builder as long as you meet the approved house design.

Various types of plots for detached villas from T3-T6, with or without basement, private luxury outdoor swimming pool and garage depending on the size have already been approved .
